the search criteria: -

You can click any of the headings – Document, Pwd, Doc Class, etc – to sort the list appropriately.
Columns in the list are: -
1. Document. Click this to open the document.
2. Pwd (Password). If “***” appears in this column, then you must give a password before opening the document
3. Title or Index. Both title and index entries may appear. Title entries are suffixed by “(T)”, index entries by “(I)”. Note that there may be several lines for the same document – for example, “The Essex” appears three times because it can be located based on its title, or on two index entries.
4. Doc Class
5. Size, in kilobytes. If you have a slow link (particularly if you’re using dial-up), then take note of this before you open the document
6. Link. Click this to open a GDB search page, allowing you to link this document to one or more of your GDB entries.
